SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Vaperszone delivers to all destinations within Dubai (subject to legal restrictions in the respective state in question).
Currently Vaperszonedoes not deliver to International destinations.
Orders to be placed before 12 pm, Monday to Saturday, for same-day-dispatch for product delivery. Orders will be delivered in 2-4 working days, excluding public holidays.
Free shipping on orders above the order value of AED 999. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with order details. As soon as the order is out for delivery, you will receive another email detailing the tracking number of the shipment.
Vaperszone sometimes splits your orders into multiple shipments to avoid delays. All multiple shipments are shipped using the same shipping method you have selected during checkout. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will be advised beforehand by e-mail.
Delivery is subject to availability of products in question.
You will notice the following types of tags on each product:
• In stock = potentially the product is in stock and is available for dispatch
• Out of stock = the product is currently out of stock
• Pre-order = the product is currently out of stock, however, upon pre-order can be made available within 2-3 weeks.
Although Vaperszone endeavours to display accurate information regarding the stock availability there may be occasions when Vaperszone confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered in a timely fashion, Vaperszone will contact the customer and advise a likely date the product/s can be made available, offer to exchange the product if possible or cancel the order and refund purchase price in full.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Vaperszone cannot guarantee changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped but will endeavor to amend any requests. Vaperszone cannot be made responsible for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.
Shipping Costs • Standard shipping costs on all orders placed online is AED 20
• For COD orders placed online there is an extra charge of AED 30 in addition to the standard shipping cost
Once your item has been dispatched, we will provide you with the tracking details via e-mail so you can track your order.
The courier partner Vaperszone chooses for a particular order depends on various factors such as the location and serviceability of the destination etc. Vaperszoneendeavors to choose the best courier partner in the respective situation taking into account all these factors.
Items sent via our preferred courier partners tracked services are delivered usually within 3-5 working days where standard courier service is available.
However, please note that remote locations may take longer. For locations which are not supported by our courier partners / non serviceable pin codes, our customer care dept. will establish contact with you and shall confirm with you that orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Dubai Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
Shipping and delivery times are calculated in working days from Monday to Friday. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. In case of major holidays such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas etc please allow extra delivery time.
Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Vaperszone’s control once it leaves our facilities, Vaperszone cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
Express delivery may be available in selected locations at additional costs. Upgrade costs vary by products ordered and shipping destination. Please contact us for more information.
COD not available
Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partners servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is available for your location or you may contact our customer care dept. for more information.
Unable to deliver to certain location
Please enter your pincode on the product page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location. Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on:
• Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
• The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
If any courier partner is unable to deliver your product due to no one at home, it is your responsibility to arrange for redelivery of the item. Please contact Vaperszone customer care and the team will assist in coordinating with courier partner on your behalf to ensure smooth delivery.
All orders reported as “delivered” by courier partner are considered delivered. Vaperszone cannot be made liable of non-delivery and will not replace any goods reported as not received.
